I don't think the online description gives this location its due credit. There is so much to do on this property! The rooms were immaculate. The view was incredible. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We will be back!

Check in process needs better instructions. Other than that the room was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, super spacious and well stocked. The pool at the resort is everything you need and more! Would stay again!

The villa was the perfect size for our family. We didn’t spend much time there, but when we did, it fit our needs perfectly. My husband and I enjoyed the patio space for sipping our coffee. Our granddaughters enjoyed it to sit and read their bibles and journal. The villa was clean, well stocked, and the shuttle was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean and the kitchen was well organized for people who want to cook on vacation. The food on the property (for those who don’t want to cook) was delicious! We went over the Fourth of July weekend and the pools were super busy. However I was super impressed at how well the pools and bathrooms were always kept clean regardless of the time of day.

The apartment was great: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We are a family of five with three teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax after long days at the parks without feeling cramped. We especially loved eating outside on the screened porch.The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and the pool was large and clean. The location was also very convenient, about 20 minutes from Disney, with groceries and other stores about 10 minutes away.A few things future guests should know that are related to the resort/process, NOT the host or apartment:After booking, we received messages from "Koala" requesting personal information. In today's cybersecurity environment, they initially seemed suspicious. I contacted the host directly and confirmed they were legitimate and required for check-in.At check-in, we interacted with three different people. The first handled the actual check-in, while the others explained the property and promoted activities/services. It was more of a sales process than we expected.Finally, we had several thunderstorms. You can clearly hear the THOR lightning warning system, but if you are unfamiliar with it, it is not obvious what the alarm means or what you are expected to do. Some information at check-in would have been helpful.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and my family really enjoyed the apartment. We would happily stay here again.

One of our best family vacations overall. The fight for pool chair is real! I would strong suggest the resort investing in more chairs. Our last day here, some lady flipped out and started throwing another guests stuff off chairs she apparently claimed as hers at 7am, it was 12:30 pm when she finally made her way to them and the staff had already moved all the towels to one chair and tagged the chair letting them know you cannot save seats, especially 10! Security was called and I was super surprised they let her stay after the seen she caused, cursing and throwing things. Lastly the floors in our unit felt sticky we all wore socks at all times.

Over all our trip and stay was super fun. The rooms were what we expected. Nice and clean. However, there were smeared cigarette ashes on the window seal of the outside patio, left by previous occupants. The check-in wasn’t pleasant. The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly and he didn’t program our room pass keys properly, his communication skills were lacking and it took almost a hour for us to get into our Villa. A lady that worked the front office finally came and took care of all the guys mistakes, and we didn’t have any trouble after that. The service at Arnauld’s was excellent and friendly. We enjoyed the arcade, the gift shop, and the lazy river. I would definitely recommend Orange Lake to family and friends for the prices and amenities, plus the location is excellent.

This village is quite large. I mistakenly believed that the lazy river and other fun amenities were located in the same building. However, you must drive within the resort because it’s expansive. I got lost for a bit. The check in spot is not conveniently located near the room, it’s on the other side of the resort.
