My Stay in late April

Bob was very good on communication. Everything worked well, clean, everything you would need was there in the unit that you would need or want. The renovations on the building were great, the new pool was fabulous and it was gated all around. Very quiet property. The area around is quite and lovely. The beach was about a 2 minute walk from the front of the building. Shops, services and Hotels a mere walk from where your unit is located. Lovely "Broadwalk" right beside the beach. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Glenna.

Nice place, would do it again.

Wife and I went to the keys and needed a place to unwind before our flight home. This place was as it said steps to the beach and boardwalk, plus places to eat without having to drive. It was clean, everything was as advertised. The property manager was great to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. So if you are looking for a place for two to stay near the beach this is it.

Place was sinple, clean, great access to the boardwalk and the beach, i enjoyed myself. I wish the lighting was soft warm hues instead of white light, it would make it feel more cozy.

Hollywood Beach

We've stayed at this property 3-4 times now. We love the location, parking availibility, and the ease of checking into and out of the property. They are in the middle of a renovation on the opposite side we stayed on. Our only disappointment was the pool not being open, but still a great location and easily affordable.

Excellent location!

This condo is perfectly located one block from the boardwalk. That was the best part. Also, the owner communicated well and had the condo available earlier than check-in time (although, we weren’t in town yet until check-in anyway). Unfortunately, the Murphy bed was creaky and not very comfortable for a week-long stay. Probably better suited for a couple of nights or for a younger couple. The countertop, stools, and A/C unit have been upgraded compared to the listing photos, but sadly the couch has not. It wasn’t in the best shape and we didn’t feel comfortable using it.

Solid studio in a great location

Enjoyed our stay at B208! Just steps from the Broadwalk but removed enough from the tourist hot spots. The interior of the unit was very clean, we enjoyed the kitchenette area and the bed was very comfortable. The only small negative we had was all the work going on around the property during our stay but we totally understand that maintenance needs to be done from time to time. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would gladly stay at this property again!

Great location, fabulous host.

The location is perfect if you love long walks and bike rides on the beach, or the liveliness of the restaurants, bars, live music, and shops of the boardwalk. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Bob is a great host who responds immediately to all questions.

Second Timer

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and hope to return! The location is perfect, just steps to the beach and a few restaurants and bars though it is on the quieter end of the broadwalk. The studio is clean and very well stocked with all you need. The pool is nice and we had it to ourselves most of the time.Well worth the money!

Prefect Location, Very Clean, Great Value

This property is exactly as advertised. It is clean, with all necessities you would need. 1/2 block walk to the boardwalk and beach. Bob met us after our arrival and was super helpful, directing us to grocery stores and restaurants, and answering all of our questions about the area. We will stay again! Thank you Bob!

Great experience. Just one block from the boardwalk and the wonderful beach. The studio is exactly as described. Clean and quiet. Parking lot, washing machine in the bulding and swimming pool. That´s all you need. The owner is very helpful. I would definitely come back.

Happy with stay overall, great if value and location are top priority. Only frustrating thing was the bed is extremely squeaky, woke my wife up every time i moved. It is a murphy bed so not great quality. Other than that small annoyance, everything else was great! Would definitely recommend to friends.

Wedding

I flew into town for a family wedding. I wanted to spend time with my family but also wanted some alone time to relax on the beach! This place was perfect, literally steps from the beach! The host provided towels and chairs for the beach making it that much more enjoyable. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the only downside is there wasn’t a convenience store around to get snack or real food. Thankfully I had a car, which leads me to give this place an Extra star because it had a parking spot! Thank you!

LOCATION!

If you are just down for the beach this is it! Walk down the steps and to the right: there's the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of places to get food. I did have to uber to get grocery type items. There's a tiny tiny market within walking distance but prices are through the roof and stock is pretty limited. Instacart also delivers pretty quickly. The muphy bed was comfy enough but blocked the door so you either have to climb around it or close it every morning. Being lazy I climbed around it. Simple enough. Pics don't do it justice- it has new granite countertops and new cabinets in the kitchen area. The owner (Bob) was super responsive and friendly. I'd def stay again for the beach convenience and friendly vibe alone. Enjoy!

My wife and I recently purchased this property because we like the beach so much and it is right next door to one we bought in 2008. We have been coming to Hollywood beach for years. This place has given us a greater opportunity to enjoy it our self's when not rented. It has been our dream to own something so nice and so close to the beach. We live in nearby Miami and when we don’t have this rented we will be enjoying it ourselves!

Why they chose this property

We have lived in south Florida since 1990 and we believe that Hollywood Beach is the best beach in Florida! And we have found that this end of the beach is the best part of Hollywood Beach because of the quite more family oriented atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

Take long walks or bike along the recently reconstructed landmark Boardwalk which stretches 2 ½ miles along Hollywood Beach and enjoy a variety of ethnic meals at outdoor cafes of every type. You will also find quaint shops, bars and live entertainment.
