The hosts were welcoming and had great tips for someone who has never been in the area. The place is clean and just like the pictures. It is right on the beautiful beachline and about an hour east of Orlando which makes for an easy ride to the amusement parks. Would recommend and go back again!

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway

This turned out to be a great location for our beach holiday. The owners were kind enough to provide beach towels, chairs and toys. From our balcony we could keep an eye on the kids.

Amazing views

Had a lovely stay! The property was as advertised and I was pleased with the entire experience. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view and sounds. Would love to go back and stay longer next time!

Family vacation

We had a great stay at Cocoa Beach. The unit was just as it was listed. The view is amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise as well as some launches from NASA. The location can’t be beat!
