The host was very responsive and communication was quick and easy. The house was clean, comfortable, & accommodated all 7 of us. We really enjoyed the hot tub and game tables—they were a fun bonus. I especially loved the decor and overall style of the home. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful time using this home for a funeral we were in town for. The space is large and was perfect for our two families. The only downside was the neighbor across the street was quite loud late Friday and late Saturday night revving his motorcycle and keeping our kids awake. The host was quick to reply ti any questions or concerns that we had. Overall, great home and experience.

I really appreciated how responsive the host was with me. That being said, The house was not luxury. It was not clean, the hot tub did not work and that was the main reason I booked the house. The air conditioning didnt flow through all the vents downstairs, so we had to keep the doors open to keep the house cool. The floor is warped in the kitchen with off colored replacement pieces. The water would not heat up in the showers upstairs. The space/layout overall worked for my needs I would not recommend or stay at this house again. I want a partial refund

The home was professionally cleaned prior to arrival. No concerns regarding AC or hot water were communicated. Hot tub maintenance was disclosed and addressed during the reservation, I followed up about it and received no response back. We always encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can resolve any issues in real time.

Unfortunately the hot tub was completely nonfunctional which was the reason we picked this location and it remained unusable through our stay. She tried to suggest that the cold weather was causing it (it was 58 degrees when we arrived) which we knew from experience with hot tubs, was not the case. She claimed someone tried to fix it but to no avail. The toilet upstairs was leaking, the shower in the master was lukewarm and the living room was so cold we had to wear our coats. Outlets in the guest bath didn’t work. The windows were very drafty and when it was windy, the upstairs windows rattled all night. She issued a very small refund as an apology but our stay was less than desirable. The kitchen was decent and there were at least extra blankets, which we needed. Won’t be staying here again sadly.

We’re sorry your stay did not meet expectations. When the hot tub issue was reported, we immediately scheduled a licensed technician and followed the specialist’s recommendations at the time. The hot tub has since been fully serviced and it is functioning properly.
We also promptly sent a plumber to address the hot water concern and issued a refund as a courtesy. We were not notified during the stay of any heating concerns. Had we been made aware, we would have addressed it immediately.
We rely on qualified professionals to maintain the property and have ensured everything is fully operational.
