My experience at this VRBO was disappointing overall. After booking, I reached out to ask about the possibility of a late checkout and never received a response. Then, on the morning of checkout, the host suddenly informed me that a late checkout was available…but at a higher cost due to the “late notice,” despite my earlier message being ignored. I did not take up the offer. Additionally, the shower had no hot water during my stay. I notified the host and was told it would be resolved, but it NEVER WAS. To make matters worse, around 10:00 AM on check out day while I was still inside the property and prior to the stated 11:00 AM checkout someone entered the unit without notice. I was in the bedroom and called out to see who it was but received no response. I assume it may have been cleaners, but I never actually saw who it was. This was very unsettling and felt like a serious breach of privacy.While check in and parking were smooth, everything declined from there. Communication felt one sided and only responsive when it benefited the host. Overall, not a great or professional experience with this property or its management.

Do Not stay here!It is pet-friendly and is in a good location but that is where the positives end.Very shortly after we arrived, we let the host know that there was an odor in the unit that smelled like sewer backup. The host apologized and told us it would be raised with the cleaning team to inspect and address the odor. They could not give us a time that we could expect someone to come but just they were waiting on response from the team and coordinating when they would arrive. Two days passed and we never got a response and it wasn't taken care of. Also, a few other issues...The listing stated that it had an iron but there was not one; the kitchen was full of gnats; the shower had not been cleaned very well because there was hair in the tub and visible on the shower wall; and the vent in the bathroom was very nasty. The master closet had linens balled up and thrown on the shelf. There was a boil water notice from February balled up on the closet shelf as well. Another indication of the property not being clean.Even though this unit is very budget-friendly, there is still an expectation that it be clean, free of odor and have the essential amenities listed. As we were packing to leave(a day early) the cleaning team knocked on the door to come and spray...without any communication from the host.
