The cleanliness, the warm energy of the home (Energy is Everything). Guy, was very responsive to my concern. He also checked in on us multiple times. The hot water in the Master bedroom was not getting hot. He responded and had someone come out; and although, the issue wasn’t resolved, we improvised and used the bathroom in the hallway. I would definitely book again!

The house was roomy and comfortable-as described online. The pool was a little dirty but Guy had someone come clean it after a quick text. The door lock was troublesome/didn’t open with the code. Switches and remotes could be labeled to make it easier but overall an enjoyable experience
