This property was an amazing find. Had some friends that wanted to get together for a fun weekend in Gainesville and this was just the spot. There were 13 of us and it was totally comfortable and we had plenty of space for fun and relaxation. The property was pretty spacious and extremely clean. Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

Amanda is an outstanding host and this is an outstanding place to stay, especially if you have a large group or family. We had eight adults and two children and this property provided us with plenty of space to relax during a very hectic graduation weekend. The house was very clean which we really appreciated since one of our children has respiratory issues that are aggravated by dust. There is a very large backyard and, though we didn’t actually use the fire pit, it provided a nice area to sit. We had zero issues with check in. Amanda is a great communicator and was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early. This is a 10 rated property.
