This West End Premier Beach Front penthouse is called, The Sandpiper (across from Joe's Cafe) has the most amazing ocean views. This 1035 sq ft unit has everything you are looking for for the perfect stay. Italian porcelain floors, gas fireplace, a beautifully appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, 2 waterfront decks & a Juliet balcony, central air with each bedroom controlling their own tempature, & 2 privet parking spots. 2 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite tiled bathrooms, are located at opposite ends of the unit offering great privacy between guests. Your own huge private courtyard on Commercial St. with a large sectional couch, fire pit and high top seating is fantastic for people watching.

* Weekly Rentals are from Sat - Sat. Diring high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day.)

Fabulous place

I loved this place and I will be back next year for three weeks. The place is gorgeous! There are views of the water, Pilgrim monument, Commercial street, etc. This is by far the best place I have stayed in Provincetown. Marco, the owner, was checking in with me from the beginning. I’m so looking forward to next year!

Amazing!!!

This condo is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. Everything is within walking distance but should you want to travel by car the on-site parking is a rare treat for Commercial Street.

We had an amazing time. Marco is an incredible host. The best part was the outdoor patio with fire pit and bbq that has front row view of commercial st. Perfect for people watching. At a distance.

He is so nice and very personable with a great sense of humor. They followed all the house rules and left the place in great condition and there were no damages. One of the Best Condos in Provincetown

The condo was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. While we knew there were wonderful water views from the living room and bedrooms we were pleasantly surprised that the large courtyard facing Commercial Street was for our exclusive use. Spent many hours people watching while enjoying drinks, food and conversations with friends.

Amazing views and location!

Overall great experience! The condo was very clean and had great views from every room. Marco was very quick to respond to any questions, communication was great. This was just what we needed after being locked down for the last year. Would definitely recommend, close to everything and very quiet.

A waterfront delight!

We had a lovely time staying at Marco’s property. Well appointed and location on quiet end of Commercial street. Steps to tea-dance and close to town. Lovely waterfront views from each room. We were two couples and bedrooms spaced apart to give privacy yet main rooms gave wonderful social space to be together. Very communicative and fast responses to the questions we had. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Hello, We are Eric & Marco. We bought our Ptown condo back in 2018. It was a dream of ours to own a place in one of our favorite spots in the world. We love to travel and have visited multiple country around the world and we want to take those experiences and apply them to your vacation. We take great pride in making sure that your experience will be the best one you can have.

Why they chose this property

The Sandpiper has always been the place that we have always dreamed of owning. We visited Ptown for the past 20 years and always stayed at the same B&B across the street. Looking across the street we admired the beautiful victorian building and wonder what it would be like to live there one day. In 2018 the opportunity came available and we were able to make it happen.

What makes this property unique

Besides the AMAZING views that we offer, It is in the heart of Ptown. It is hard to find the perfect balance between being centrally located while not having all the noise from outside. You are directly on Commercial St. and are only a 5 to10 minute walk to almost everything near you. Because, the the penthouse is on the third floor and in the back of the house, on the ocean side, you can't hear any noise from the street. Also, both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms that are on opposite ends of the condo witch makes this ideal for the ultimate privacy from your other guests.
