Property was clean and accurately described in the listing. When we had issues verifying our ID through the VRBO app, the host was very helpful. Location was excellent with access to pool and short walk to beach. Downfall of the property was the unfortunate sewer gas smell in the master bath shower. The shower is built up about 7” from the floor and challenging to step into safely. Overall, the unit was spacious and well presented. Would give 5 stars, if it weren’t for the shower.

No problems with checkin. Clean condo in a quiet location. The island can get crowded and traffic backs up at times during peak season. A little overpriced for a week rental in my opinion but enjoyed the stay for somewhere different.

Great location

The property is in a gated community, which decreasd beach traffic and made our days in the sun more enjoyable. The accommodations were spacious enough for my family and everything we needed was there. Great balcony view and great local restaurants, too.

The unit was very nice and cozy. Very clean and tidy. Nice view of the pool from the private balcony. It was an easy walk to the beautiful pool and to the beach as well.We had issues with the 10-digit entry code because it was very finicky with timing and cadence. Extremely frustrating. Then the lock from the inside was not working so we were constantly worried someone with the code might be able to get in. The icemaker didn't work. Then the outside rinse stations didn't work either. But we did have a wonderful time in spite of the inconveniences.

Nice off-season stay.

Spent two nights here in December. Very nice and quiet. Easy stroll over to the beach. Nice to have a king sized bed. Would help if the buildings were marked better, one evening we parked and walked into the wrong one before realizing our error.

Great location!

This was a very nice condo. Great location right by the pool and quick walk over the dunes to the beach. Very quiet area. Perfect sized place for our family of 4 with a living area to socialize and play cards/watch tv and separate bedrooms for some space from our teens. My only suggestion would be that the unit needs a better frying pan to make cooking breakfast easier. Overall a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation at the beach on Isle of Palms.

Excellent place

Found the property to be clean and new fixtures. Past reviews said it was dated and needed updated. Seems to have been done. Mattresses could be updated, but otherwise was nice.
