Balcony had a beautiful beach view. The other balconies were under construction but we had access to the best one! Kitchen had the necessary equipment for our cooking needs. Condo was spacious. We enjoyed our time there

Spacious, well-equipped condo, beautiful beach.

Although the decor is a bit dated, this condo is very comfortable, clean, with great views from every room, nice cross-breezes, and easy access to a beautiful beach.

We loved the layout of the floor plan, albeit confusing at first lol. It was the most well-stocked condo we have ever stayed in- surplus of beach items, laundry detergent, dishwashing tabs, etc. The decor was definitely straight out of the late 70’s, early 80’s, but it didn’t affect the quality of the stay. Weight room was great, pool was nice. The only downfall was not enough key fobs- there were 3. It was difficult to make sure we all had one when needed, with 6 adults staying. That’s my only suggestion for improvement.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad the layout worked out and that the condo’s supplies made your stay easier — it’s great the weight room and pool were a hit as well. We appreciate the note about the key fobs and will review fob availability so larger groups are better accommodated. We hope to welcome you back to Crescent Beach Club I 5A in the future.

Fantastic vacation

Beautiful view from all rooms. Very clean. Extremely well equipped unit. Great food nearby. There were a few maintenance problem (folding doors in kitchen and nook were off-track, lights in 1/2 bath need replacing. However, nothing to interfere with a fantastic vacation. My compliments to the owners on a beautiful decor.

Very nice place to stay. Overlooking Sand key beach, in the Clearwater area. Nice pool (closes at 11pm). Also, the security guard watches the pool from security cameras and doesn’t allow any rules to be broken. Any families with kids should know there are no floaters allowed except noodles. The A/C had some difficulty keeping the condo cooled down BUT we were there during record breaking high temperatures.Other than that it was a wonderful place! Great views of both the Gulf and the inner waterway. Plenty of balconies. One in every room

Vacation November 3-10th 2023

The place was clean. As others have stated the place does need some updating. Floors may need to be replaced, 2nd bathroom toilet chain to flush broke, one slider didn’t lock. These are minor things if people find it’s important to let the company know so they can be fixed. Loved having towels chairs. Pickle ball and tennis stuff! We would stay again!

Sand Key Clearwater - Beach Condo

The condo was very nice, great size and well equipped. Could do with some slight updating particularly the bathroom which was shared by 2 bedrooms. It is right on the beach with direct access from the swimming pool. Beautiful beach with perfect sunsets. The condo is about 3 minute walk to a small retail outlet where there is a nice bar for food, an excellent Spanish restaurant and breakfast cafe along with a small shop for groceries. The drive into Clearwater is only about 7 minutes and there are lots of good restaurants another beautiful beach. This was busier in November than the beach at our Condo (Sand Key) I would definitely recommend Sand Key and this ppartment. We had a lovey time.

Exactly as advertised

Great property with large layout and I’m giving it 5 stars for being as advertised. Easy check in. 3 keys (hate when there’s only one key!), lots of beach towels and toys, chairs, umbrellas. New mattresses with lots of pillows. Awesome location. cons: one of the showers didn’t drain well, didn’t bother us cause it was just my husband and two kids so we all used master shower, there was literally 8 forks so it felt like we had to do wash forks at every meal. Tub was great but would run out of hot water before being full so you’d have to wait then 20-30minutes later keep filling. Only a problem if you like a really hot bath! Great work out room! Pool table, tennis courts, proximity to Clearwater Tampa was fabulous.
