With Villa Rosada and Villa Azul featuring two bedrooms and Villa Blanca and Villa Amarilla offering three bedrooms, each villa offers its own private beachfront pool, captivating views, an outdoor living area, a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, a rooftop terrace for admiring the sunrise and sunset, and direct access to the beach. Inside Villa Blanca, a master suites provide the ultimate retreat, with panoramic ocean views through wall-to-wall windows that lead to a private terrace—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The suite come furnished with a king-size bed and a queen size pull-out bed, spacious desk for remote working, cozy living area with full-size sofa, and ensuite master bathroom with outdoor shower. Villa Blanca has two additional Jr. Bedrooms furnished each with two twin beds and ensuite bathrooms. The villa comfortably accommodates six guests, with room for up to two more if the queen pull-out bed is utilized.

The kitchen and dining area offer a generous space equipped with everything needed for your culinary adventures, alongside a dining table that seats ten. This area seamlessly transitions to an outdoor living space, allowing guests to relish the scenic views and ocean breeze. The ground-floor terrace provides a splendid spot for relaxation and social gatherings by the pool, while the rooftop terrace offers a panorama of the sea and mountains, perfect for sunbathing, sunset or sunrise watching, and stargazing.

Facing Villa Blanca, the La Bocana Surf Break stands out as one of the rare left-breaking waves in El Salvador, yet it surprises many with its equally impressive right breaks that deliver an exceptional ride. Primarily suited for advanced surfers, La Bocana is not recommended for beginners due to its powerful and challenging conditions. You can tackle La Bocana's waves at almost any tide, but, as is typical with many Salvadoran surf spots, but the ideal conditions are often found around mid-tide and during the incoming tide.

A 10-minute walk on the beach will land you at the El Sunzal Point Break. El Sunzal offers a quintessential, enduring right point break, renowned for its remarkable consistency among global surf spots. Optimally shaped by southwest swells, Sunzal delivers a dynamic, forceful start followed by impeccably sculpted walls ideal for carving. While it may not feature hollow, barreling waves, its conditions are universally appealing, catering to surfers of every skill level.
