We built The Penrose House to fix all of that. Every amenity was chosen with purpose. The swim-up bar isn't just beautiful—it's the gathering point that keeps your group naturally connected. The separate entertainment lounge isn't just fun—it's the solution to early risers and night owls coexisting peacefully. The regulation pickleball court isn't just trendy—it's genuine multi-generational entertainment where 8-year-olds can play with 80-year-olds.
