The beautiful oceanfront home of Sandfiddler can be yours to bask in during your next beach vacation! This four-bedroom property offers amazing sound and ocean views that can be enjoyed from the furnished sundecks and offers plenty of other great extras to make your vacation extra special. The spacious great room with cathedral ceiling and two stories of glass windows will be a wonderful place to relax. Take in beautiful ocean views right from the living room furnished with attractive decor, beautiful floors, and ample seating. Climb the spiral staircase to the loft area for a perfect little hideaway. The large kitchen with a breakfast bar and separate dining area is a great place to gather to enjoy some tasty meals and chat about your day. A wet bar is also on hand for extra seating. Four comfortable bedrooms offer comfy beds that will help you recharge your energy after a long, fun-filled day. Two bedrooms are primary bedrooms.

When you're ready for some more fun, plenty of TVs, five DVD players, and a stereo/CD player are on hand for some viewing and listening fun. A foosball table in the game room with a video and CD library will provide hours of entertainment for everyone in the house. Head outdoors to take a dip in the hot tub or take the private path that leads to the public beach boardwalk or kick back and listen to a few tropical tunes with the Bluetooth-compatible stereo and outdoor top deck speakers. Sandfiddler also offers a convenient carport for your use and allows access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool and Tennis for additional recreational fun. Plenty of amenities, great accommodations and views and so much more await you at Sandfiddler for your next trip to the Outer Banks!

Great location- beach front! Amazing views on 2 decks! Upstairs kitchen, living, and loft space wonderful with plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals and games with panoramic ocean views. Downtown stairs bedrooms are a bit smaller than photos show and need updating. But overall fantastic beach house!

House was nice some stuff didn’t work but was expected Coffee pot broken,back doors hard to open,upstairs bathroom had stuff on the wall we had to clean off fan in living room had dust on them hot tub half of the jets didn’t work , garbage cans broken some didn’t have wheels but we had a great time . Right on the beach

This house is right on the beach and the decks are well equipped with chairs. Just as good as sitting on the beach. Easy access to beach. Beware though that water can accumulate under house due to tides .Vacasa very responsive to maintenance issues

Fun in the Sun

Beach was awesome, the view from the house beautiful, saw dolphins 5 out of 6 days. Weather perfect. The house was understocked!!! One kitchen towel, ran out of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. Some small appliances did not work. Detailed cleaning definitely needed asap.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Fantastic vacation for multigenerational group. The house was equipped with everything other than dish towels and potholders. It had several toasters, coffee pots, even a slow cooker! Breath taking beach view with beach access one house down. Large outdoor shower with direct access to bedroom level decks. The only downside was that about half of the deck furniture was broken with exposed nails. There are a few popped up nails and loose deck boards that were troublesome with toddlers, but easily avoided. I would definitely stay there again.

Bring the Family!

Sandfiddler is the cutest cottage on Avon Beach! It is not a Mc Mansion, but it has everything the average family could want from a vacation home. The view is to die for, and it's just a hop, skip & jump to the beach! Dogs are part of the family, too, and we were allowed to bring 2 dogs along. The rug had evidence of a few puppy mishaps, but that made the worry of an accident a little easier to accept, but our furbabies are old enough to pass the stains and go outside. The top floor, reached by a beautiful wooden winding staircase, is PERFECT for kids who want to get some alone time and enjoy the spectacular view. The Sandfiddler was a perfect choice for our family. and we all agreed that this home makes a family feel AT HOME! We would all return to this house in a heartbeat! Thanks Vacasa!

Almost perfect!

The house is just so cute and the perfect size for a family or a small to medium group. It is right on the beach, sitting on the balcony you feel so close. It was pleasantly well suited for me and my little girl Kali and it was so nice to find a kennel and pet gates in the house already. The jacuzzi was great too. We also had a beautiful weather week. Okay so here are the reasons it did not get a 5 rating: Vacasa knew the stove was not working before I arrived but did not let me know until I got there. In the meantime, I brought a huge haul of food from Cosco mostly oven friendly so that I wouldn't be in the kitchen all week. They could have told me the stove was broken...:-( There are noticeable mtx issues that need to be addressed with deck and furniture. And all of that still wouldn't have been a problem for me but when I called after checkout to inquire about it getting fixed and ask about it, I got bad customer service from the last person I talked too. I called wanting to get a feel for whether I wanted to book again for next year and if those things would be fixed because the house is adorable but now I am definitely not sure. Bad customer service, sad 😔. It would have been perfect otherwise because we did enjoy the area.

Missing screen door to the top floor left door. Contacted vacasa with was the house clean survey. With yes the house is clean, but we are missing a screen I was messaged back, vacasa would address it. We spent the whole week never hearing back? Also most windows would not open at all.
