Silver Linings East is a beautifully situated, completely renovated, oceanfront duplex with a spectacular oceanfront view. There's enough room for the entire family, with nearby local restaurants, ice cream parlors, and gift shops.
This home, which is one side of a duplex, offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with shiplap ceilings and rustic beams, nautical ceiling fans, a glass picture-window wall, luxury vinyl plank and carpeted floors throughout, an expandable 12-person dining table, beautiful frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, all-new stainless steel appliances including a glass-top stove, a Keurig machine, and kitchen accessories complete with a spice rack. The pantry is well equipped too, with new Cuisinart small appliances, a toaster, a coffee maker, a coffee grinder, a milk frother, an espresso machine, and more.
There are two primary bedrooms, the first of which is on the main level offering its own den and full luxury bathroom. The second-floor suite has its own luxury bathroom and private oceanfront balcony for sunbathing by day and stargazing by night. The bathrooms have been renovated with light marbling custom tile, natural rock showers, frameless shower doors, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line, brushed-brass Delta hardware.

Wonderful stay and location
We’ve come to Holden for years and this is our favorite house so far. The pool and common areas are comfortable and make group hanging out easy. Beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We enjoyed the convenient beach access. Highly recommend.

Delighted with Shore to Delight
Great location and beach access. We enjoyed the decks with ocean views, the backyard pool and grilling area. The kitchen and dining layout was perfect for family meals - again with great ocean views. A special feature was the gameroom with a foosball table that got quite a bit of use!

Great Weekend
House was very clean and spacious. Everyone had their own space but could also come together for meals and family time. Pool was great for the kids. Elevator was perfect for my elderly grandmother. Ocean views on the porch allowed for quiet, restful moments. Only bad part was we couldn't stay longer. Very pleased with this rental.

Shore To Delight
The house is great. I would rate it five stars but there is very little furniture to unpack a suitcase into , i.e. no dressers or chest of drawers. The closets have wire rack shelves, but it is difficult to unpack if you are on the shorter side. Otherwise, it is a great house.

Great Second Row Location
We spend a week at Holden every year and have stayed at many different homes on front beach and second row. What I look for us first is location and if not ocean front the distance to beach access point, bedrooms and bed arrangement to fit our group, and we prefer a home with a pool. This home checked all those boxes and did not disappoint. Beach access was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Nice house
This house was very nice and clean; however, there was evidence of mold upstairs on the hallway bathroom ceiling and around the recessed lights in the main living area upstairs from previous water damage.

Amazing home for a large group.
We rented this house for a trip with several other couples for the weekend. The kitchen is well stocked for anything you want to cook. The decks are wonderful for watching the water and the sunrise/sunset. The elevator comes in very handy for moving everything in and out for the stay. There is ample parking. It had a beautiful pool and landscaping. It comes stocked with towels and there is a washer and dryer for your use. I had an Instacart delivery from the local Food Lion for groceries. We really enjoyed our stay and are hoping to do this trip again in the future.

Great house for three families with kids!
Great location with beach access nearly right across the street. There is only a small house in front of this house on the beach so actually have beach views even though it’s not oceanfront! The house was clean and had good amenities (nice pool, grill, fridge, etc). Could probably use a new stove as it took us all week to figure out the temps on the range but overall this house was perfect for our families with 5 total kids ranging ages 4-15. The oldest kid was able to use the game room as his own (there’s a hide a bed in there or plenty of floor space for an air mattress!).

REPEAT VISIT
This is our second year at Shore to Delight and our third year renting through Vacasa. We vacationed with our children and grandchildren and have been so happy with the house. There is plenty of space and room to be together or have alone time. The customer service through Vacasa has always been exceptional -- Gloria and Patti are the absolute best. If problems arise, they are so quick to take care of it. For instance, during our visit the freezer started acting up. Within hours a serviceman arrived and they also delivered a small freezer. When you are on vacation you definitely don't want to wait around. We will definitely be back.

Great access to the beach. The house was accurately depicted in photos. It is apparent that the property owners are vested in keeping the property up to date; redone bathrooms, some newer beds, flooring, etc. Not everything is redone but it is obvious they invested in the property. They do provide some items to start you off; paper towels, detergent, etc.
