Translating to the 'Blue Pearl' in Portuguese, it's easy to see why this home gets its name - not only for its pleasing ocean-hued exterior but for its ideal ocean-view location and in-home amenities as well. You'll find public beach access just one block from your front door, which also serves as the designated release point for Bealey Turtle Rescue. The home is also right next to Nelva R. Albury Park, offering a great place for families traveling with young children.

Along with ocean views from the front deck, you'll also enjoy a breezy outdoor area beneath the home complete with patio seating and an outdoor shower. A level 2 electric vehicle charging station is also equipped for added convenience.
