If you are looking for a true beach resort, stop your search here. This colorful and beachy one-bedroom oceanfront condo in the much coveted resort of Villa Capriani on North Topsail beach offers a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a balcony from which you can admire a truly magnificent view of the Atlantic ocean.

A step through the glass french doors to the balcony off the living area will offer you a spectacular view of three enormous swimming pools, one with a waterfall, hot tubs, and a kiddie pool, all nestled within massive swaying palm trees in true resort fashion. Slightly beyond the grand sundecks, you will see the sparkling ocean.

If serenity is what you seek, sit on the furniture on your private balcony to watch the sun rise. You may also walk out to the beach with your morning coffee to see the day begin if you wish. With a close look, you will see dolphins peacefully swimming by, or an early morning pelican swooping down to the water to catch its breakfast flounder.

Prepare a meal at the shared grill picnic area or in your well-equipped kitchen. After your meal, walk to the pool area and enjoy a dip in the crystal clear water, warm yourself in one of the hot tubs, or relax with your favorite novel on one of the many lounge chairs that surround the pools. Return home where comfort abounds. Gather in the living room for board games or a movie. Then, retire for a restful night's sleep in the beautifully outfitted bedroom.

Quiet, relaxing, gorgeous beach

This was one of the most gorgeous beach properties we have stayed in. There are multiple pools and hot tubs, a restaurant on site, and an amazing beach, with more shells than I have ever seen in my life. There is a fishing pier a short walk up the beach with amazing views of the ocean. We stayed only a few days and spent almost all of our time on the beach, but there seems to be a lot to do in the area-- shopping, food, attractions. We hope to come back next year!

Are you and Vacasa connected? Emailed Vacasa many, many times about the unit being so dirty and was promised too many times to mention that they were sending someone. They never did. Vacasa is who we got the check in and check out info. It’s a nice place to go ( topsail) but accommodations not happy with since so dirty

Long weekend getaway in October

Weather was perfect (highs around 80 & lows in 60s) and the view from our balcony was priceless. The accommodations were just right for a long weekend at the beach for a couple. My only recommendation would be to fix or replace the bedroom tv and replace the bed (not comfortable). Also, even though it wasn’t an issue for us, there was only one wristband in this condo to use at the resort. Otherwise, our stay was just what we needed.

Fun in the sun!!!

Very pleased with the Villa /condo that we stayed in for 6 days but had some trouble getting in on check- in time . Our condo was not cleaned yet and garbage was not taken out. But that’s minor stuff. Will I go back to Top sail in the future ?probably. Thanks for your services. V Pulakowski

Messaged 5 times about finding several roaches in our room. Asked for it to get sprayed or compensated for having to deal with this. Everytime I messaged, I was told my situation as urgent and I would hear back from someone soon. Never heard back from anyone. I will never be staying here again.

The unit was clean and well maintained. The view of the courtyard, ocean, and pier were great. The Villa Capriani team keep the grounds and pool area well cared for. We liked that this unit had a covered balcony. Many there do not. The kitchen had the basic necessities. The guest wifi is terrible. It disconnects constantly. The unit's wifi password would have been much appreciated. There was only one access bracelet for the pool and beach entrance. One for each adult would have been nice. The tub drain was clogged when we arrived. Vacasa was quick to respond. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.

Great location but ….

Unit had not been cleaned upon our arrival. After contacting property manager it was about an hour before someone arrived to clean and bring fresh linens, delaying our evening out and we missed dinner plans. Internet is pathetic and tv service is about the same in living room…tv in bedroom does not work. Light fixtures missing covers…just not a good experience. This stay was for our 35th wedding anniversary and we are quite disappointed.

Overall nice place and all good. some notes for you to consider: kitchen and LR ceiling lights didnt work. since there is no fan in the bathroom, you should leave a fragrance spray in the vanity. the front door deadbolt did not work. the washer dryer door was not seated, off the track. when we arrived, there was a fine layer of dust/grit over the floor and tables, almost like drywall dust but grittier, not sure what that was but we cleaned it up. the tub drain was super slow, probably should check it. thank you..

Great Views Great Location

After driving 6 hours in bad wind and rain i followed the instructions i was sent by the property management office to go by office and unlock late check in box with code sent… only to find my key was not inside, after a couple of calls and 30 mins i was told the key was at the condo in a lockbox in stairwell. After searching a couple of stairwells i went to the condo and found the key in a lockbox hanging on the door. Finally able to get inside the elevator was not working so my elderly mom and i had to make several trips up and down 2 flights of stairs to unload our stuff. The condo is beautifully remodeled and has really cute decor but furniture is outdated and well used with dirty arms. My mom has health issues so to keep her safe we always pack covers to address those issues but it means more unloading and loading. The floors were sandy and we had to sweep and mop before we felt comfortable. The patio furniture is cheap and one chair is broken and need of repair. The coffee maker was old and rusted and not something i felt comfortable using. I did love the resort and the area and the views were amazing.

I firstly want to say the beach itself was absolutely beautiful and being in a somewhat secluded area was great. It allowed us to play games on the beach and most other beaches are over crowded therefore not having that as an option. I thought from the pictures that the building was much more updated than it actually was. Our room in particular wasn’t very clean. Sand was still everywhere. The shower clogged. Walls were very thin. People above us and below were loud. Having two small children the beach access up and down numerous stairs was a struggle. We had to carry a wagon and canopy up and down which was hard. None of the bracelets provided were even necessary because the gates do not lock like it says it does. The parking was a nightmare. We saw guests every night leaving the restaurant located in the condos taking spaces they weren’t allowed to forcing us a numerous other guests to park across the street. Again, that is a long walk with two small children. The door to our unit specifically looked as if someone had broken into it. There was a huge gap between the wall and lock. The WI-FI was TERRIBLE! I couldn’t even send txt messages from our room. So, if you weren’t in the room the Topsail area itself, beaches, and the pools on the grounds were great.
