Both bedrooms & the bathroom are located upstairs! There is no main floor bedroom. The sleeper couch is in the basement.

This home was absolutely perfect! Barbara was very quick to respond to messages when we had a question! We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs in multiple states and this was one of our favorites! The theme was amazing and the home had everything we needed! We will definitely be back next year!

Great house in a great location. The property is so close to everything in town. We loved the Christmas theme throughout the home. After an 11 hour drive with kids and a dog we were exhausted, but as soon as we walked into the home we felt a calmness . The home is cheerful and cozy and even smelled like Christmas. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us.
