Perfect surroundings for family and friends. Vaulted ceilings in the spacious living room with very large back deck. New Stainless Steel appliances and separate breakfast nook with pantry. Primary bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath with shower and soaking tub. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Comfortable condo, great location

We really enjoyed renting this condo. It was spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed for cooking and a great holiday with teens. We appreciate Pat setting up Christmas decor for us. The pool and hot tub were very nice! We enjoyed picking fresh fruit from the citrus trees. I had never rented in a gated community before, and it was no problem with the gate and access. There are restaurants, grocery store, drug store, bank, etc in the mall on the other side of Cook, a short drive or walk away. There is a sunny deck for eating out and sunbathing overlooking the pool and a table on the entrance side as well. It was great having the garage for our bikes and hiking supplies. Thank you to Pat and the cleaners for having everything beautifully ready for us.

The perfect retreat!

We rented this property for 5 months during the pandemic with our family of 5, including 3 kids ages 11, 11, and 13. The condo is very spacious, light and airy. We easily set up study locations for all 3 kids (remote learning), while my wife and I taught classes and consulted from our large suite. There is a large table for six in the dining room and another table for six in the kitchen with beautiful mountain views. The back balcony is spacious and overlooks a beautiful pool/spa, with another pool nearby. The front balcony has great afternoon sun and and a table for morning coffee. The internet was very good and we were able to “zoom” with 5 devices at the same time. Best of all for me(the cook), the kitchen has literally everything you need and more, from dishes, pans, knives, wine glasses, and every gadget imaginable from rice cooker to ice cream maker. We also loved the location and the community. We swam, biked, played pickle ball and got to know the friendly neighbors. It is very close to grocery and other shopping too. The property manager was highly responsive and very accommodating. My only reservation in publishing this review is that I would like to keep this our secret getaway.

Nice large condo....over looking the pool..... Covid 19 ended our vacation early by 11 days.... was going to rent it again next March for the month but... already taken.. 🙁

Palm Desert winter vacation

We had a very enjoyable stay for the month of March. The condo was clean and well equipped with all the necessities for our stay. The balcony overlooks the pool and hot tub and was a nice setting for our evening BBQ'S. We used the bikes that came with the unit to bicycle to the Desert Falls gym which was a great way to start the day. Desert Falls is central to all the events in the Coachella Valley. I would recommend this condo for a lovely vacation in the sunshine and warmth of Palm Desert.

This condo is centrally located to shops, Ralph's grocery store, many & various restaurants ranging from Morton's Steak House, Corktree fine dining, City Wok, Chinese cuisine, and Italian.
There is a large pod pool and spa located just behind the unit for your convenience. Many citrus trees surround the condo with lush landscaping.
Plenty of pool toys and four mountain bikes are available in the garage for travelers.
Travelers who stay at this condo are able to pay as you play at the links golf course inside the grounds of Desert Falls as well as use the tennis courts and gym/workout area in the clubhouse.
The condo has new laminate wood flooring and has been recently painted throughout.
