Fully equipped kitchen with barstool island with quarts countertops. Refrigerator has filtered water & ice maker. Living room and master bedroom have incredible views of San Jacinto Mountain and Little San Bernardino Mountain range. Enjoy a tasty meal or a fun card game while sitting at the roundtable that sits 6 adults. Watch your favorite TV program on the large living room television while relaxing on the designer couch. Smell the crisp desert air while stargazing around the gas powered fire pit and barbecue. New 20’ x 9’ in ground pool arriving summer 2025.
