Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The main thing that needs to be done prior to departure is to turn off the air conditioner. That is very important and preferably, do not leave it running when you are not there.
I am usually available if any help is needed and will give you my phone/whatsapp number.
This is a quiet area and there are tenants in two other apartments, so no parties please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
