It offers four comfortable bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. Located just 3 km from the shingle beach of Maleme and 7 km from the vibrant town of Platanias, guests can find a variety of charming tavernas and a supermarket in short driving distance.

An inviting open-plan area with a cozy living corner equipped with a smart TV, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances is provided. On this floor, there is also one bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds, as well as a shared bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Upstairs, guests will find one double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom, along with a second twin bedroom, which also features its own en-suite shower bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. The upper floor opens onto a balcony with comfortable outdoor seating, offering beautiful views of the sea and surrounding nature.

Villa Sea Breeze features a lovely private pool of 40 m², complete with sun loungers, a sea view dining area and a barbecue corner. This modern villa features a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, a shaded outdoor dining area, and direct access from the living room.

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the open-plan living area, and wireless internet is provided throughout the villa.
