Accommodations were clean. One of the air conditioners didn’t work but a work order was placed and it was fixed Lack of communications on the linens. Was only given one set of towels per guest for the entire stay. This is fine but would be nice if this was told up front so I was better prepared. I had to go purchase extra towels as I didn’t want to have to spend my vacation washing

We are sincerely sorry to hear that you had issues with the AC while in house with us but are happy to hear that we could get that addressed for you. We do only provide a set of towels for each guest at occupancy for the unit and ask that they be laundered and reused.
