The unit features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a screened porch that overlooks the marina. Enjoy watching the dolphins play in the bay, stunning sunsets, and boats coming in and out of the dock. Bring your own boat or jet ski and take full advantage of the convenient on-site marina. For avid fishermen, the pier is a great spot to fish day and night with the use of lights to attract fish and crabs.

Bay John's location is unbeatable - only 2.3 miles from the bridge leading to Gulf Shores' popular restaurants, amusement parks, and shopping destinations. The beautiful white sand beaches are a short 10-minute drive away. Experience the best of both worlds with easy access to all the action but the tranquility of a secluded bay setting.

This unit is non-smoking and strictly enforces this policy both inside and outside, including the porch. Parking is limited to 1-2 cars per reservation, as determined by the condo association. No additional parking is available for trailers, boats, motorhomes, jet skis, or golf carts. Parking passes must be pre-paid and displayed on the driver's dashboard at all times.

Wonderful Place

This was a return trip for us. We returned because it’s such a great place to stay and we were not disappointed.The condo was clean and spacious. A big plus was having our boat there. Everyone was great!

Oyster Bay

This property is set in a quiet area, west of the hustle and bustle of GS on a quiet bay where you will find dolphins passing through if you're looking for them. It was always exciting to see them. This unit was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. The property management team was prompt in returning calls when we had questions. We called maintenance for a quick fix of a pocket door and they arrived quickly and fixed the door for us. The kitchen is not set up for someone who is looking for a chef's style kitchen. The utensils and kitchenware are more suited for basic meal prep.
