This can be rented by itself (7 people) or combined with our sister property to host up to 17 people.

Location, Location, Location: The Location is unbeatable, as you can walk to the ski lifts (400 yards away), restaurants, and shopping, and enjoy easy access to hiking trails and fishing spots. You can't find a better location in Red River!

All the amenities: We've tried to stock the home with everything you'll need, from brand new black stainless LG kitchen appliances to the comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. It is our hope that you'll get there and feel right at home.

This was townhome was perfect for our family ski trip. The owner was friendly, the place was clean, and the location was steps away from the platinum chair lift. I highly recommend this rental.

We are from central Texas and grew up coming to Red River as children. We had such fond memories of the town that we jumped at the chance to own a spot we could vacation to-skiing in the winter and perfect weather in the summer. We enjoy hiking, fishing, driving up in the mountains and strolling down Main Street for shopping or dining. Being a host allows us to share our love of red River with other families.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of the location and proximity to the ski area and Main Street as well as the great climate during the summer months. Red River is a great town and offers lots to do.

What makes this property unique

This home is uniquely located just steps from the platinum lift, lifthouse, and the main chalet. It has three furnished floors for large families or multi-families. We are located in the heart of downtown and within easy walking distance of most stores/restaurants, and activities.
