Welcome to Peaceful Palms, a revitalized 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat in the heart of Fort Morgan. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, this bright and inviting beach house features charming coastal-inspired furnishings, an open-concept living area, and a sun-drenched deck with a relaxing hot tub—perfect for family gatherings or unwinding by the shore.
The home offers versatile sleeping arrangements to suit families and groups of all sizes: two serene bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, the third guest room provides both a twin bunk and a single twin bed, and the living room includes a plush queen pull-out sleeper sofa.
Prepare quick snacks or hearty meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances including a fridge, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. Central air conditioning, WiFi, and thoughtful amenities throughout ensure a relaxed, home-away-from-home stay.
One of Peaceful Palms’ best features is its exceptional location—just four houses from the beach access to the east, providing easy access to the sandy shoreline and sparkling Gulf waters. Back at the house, guests can enjoy the private volleyball net in the yard for family-friendly fun.

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking, no parties or events.
This home is dog-friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
