Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, including coffee machine,dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/range, microwave, & refrigerator with built in water filter. All the cooking utensils you could need!
Recessed lighting throughout, 2 flatscreen HDTV's, and tastefully decorated in coastal decor.
1 car garage with laundry machines and plenty of space to store bikes, surfboards, etc... 1 more parking spot in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street.
Private, quaint, grassy lawn out front with newly added front porch. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the adirondack chairs or on the side patio to catch some sun, BBQ and eat al fresco.

Loved it! Wanted to rent it again over the holidays but it was already unavailable! This place moves quick. It’s only about a block from the beach and has both a garage and driveway for parking.

This is our 2nd time staying at Myers Beach house. It's a great cottage in a neighborhood setting. It's a short walk to the beach, a coffee spot as well as local shops and restaurants. Laney is a wonderful host. The unit has many amenities.

Great little cottage! Loved the walks with our pooch, beautiful gardens at every turn, and the sunsets on the beach at the end of Ash St…. Hope to be back soon, would absolutely stay here again!

Great location for lots of activities. Good food and loved walking to the Oceanside pier everyday.

Convenient location

We loved that the property was walking distance from the beach. This saved us time and the hassle of finding beach parking. We enjoyed grabbing coffee at the shop on the corner and sitting on the beach every morning. I would definitely visit again!

What a great vacation

This is a great place to stay for a beach get away. On a quiet street close to everything- we didn’t really need a car. The house is as exactly as described and was very comfortable. No complications with booking, checking in or out, I would stay here again anytime!

Cute and comfy stay 1 block from the beach

Great cottage style place with nice size kitchen and easy parking for car. The owner (Laney) was super helpful and provided clear communication. It was super clean, with special little touches that made our stay in Oceanside relaxing and easy. You can’t go wrong staying here!!

Perfect location and so peaceful

I stayed for two nights and had an event just south of the Oceanside pier. This little place was so close that I walked and enjoyed the fun shops along the way. Perfect bodega and coffee shop on the corner. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you so much :)

Location is incredible!

What a treat this bungalow stay was for a ladies getaway! I am a full time wheelchair user and found the property to be very easy to navigate with my chair, which is always a bonus. Communication with the host was prompt and the bungalow had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Thank you! Hope to return again in the future

Ocean/beach

Cottage is very nice clean, close to the water. Nicely decorated just wanted to mention that it’s says two blocks from the beach. I found it to be more like 4 to 5 to a sandy area. ( large rocks)

This is a great bungalow for two

Overall this bungalow was conveniently located, clean, and with updated finishes. It was walkable to the beach and town, and just a 15-minute drive to Legoland. Families should take note that the loft above the kitchen is not really workable unless you bring your own inflatable mattress or sleeping bags, and even then does not seem really safe for young kids due to the lack of railings and the rickety ladder. If you do have a third person, there was a fold-out couch that was not very comfortable. As a result, I would say this is a great bungalow for two, but not for three or more.

This was our second stay. We enjoyed it just as much this time around. Good, quiet location, close to the beach and restaurants and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The description matches the unit perfectly. We can only recommend staying here.

Myers Beach House is awesome.

Everything was perfect. I have 2 very well behaved golden doodles and they loved it as much as I did.It’s plenty big for me and my 2 50lb doodles. The weather was awesome. We walked to a very nearby beach area & loved the spray of the ocean. The entire neighborhood was so quiet too!It met all of my expectations. Just a really great place to vacay!

We are local residents of Oceanside. I grew up here and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

Why they chose this property

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who live there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the original home in the front into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! While the place is adorable, completely renovated and a lot of heart and soul put into it...it is also perfectly located in the heart of the Oceanside Beach neighborhood.
