The place was great! It was nice and clean and slept 6 people comfortably. Loved how close it was to the convention center. We would definitely stay there again!

Clean, easy, simple place that had everything my co-worker and I needed to be a little more comfortable (and eat some home-cooked food) during our conference. Hosts were very quick and responsive, including bringing me a night-light for the bathroom which I much appreciated. The pillows are SUPER comfortable, such a nice treat to not wake up with a sore neck! Great location, near shopping and restaurants while also close to downtown. Some fun board games on hand in the living room as well. Note that the freeway noise is present, but better in the bedrooms (my earbuds were enough to cut it out). A nice view of greenery on ceilings of nearby buildings out the big living room windows.

Great location as we were attending a conference and the walk was easy! The place was as described, and was comfy and provided what we needed for our trip! Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. We did not need parking but it was offered to us. The rooftop spot was perfect after a day of conferences. We had great weather so it came in handy! Easy walk to Westlake Station so take the light rail from the airport to save money! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle!

Our stay was perfect! It was so easy to get here from the eastside. The instructions made everything so simple and convenient. Parking was safe, the location was ideal for our needs. Two block walk to dining and the Paramount. Everything was clean, nice and comfortable. Enjoyed lounging in front of the large screen tv when not traipsing around downtown. Will choose Ricky’s again for all things city center Seattle!

The host was very resposive and resolved the issue regarding the parking lot. The unit was nice it is just a bit old. We just have a hard time to bring all our things up way to 9th floor. But over all i was satisfied with the host.

The apartment is in a great location and was well stocked with lots of thoughtful touches - lots of coffee supplies, extra toothbrushes in case you forgot yours, etc. The host did a great job making the place feel welcoming! Our family of four enjoyed our stay.

Easy check-in, good communication. Walk to Pike’s market & other attractions. It was an easy drive to baseball stadium. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There is parking for an extra fee, but spaces are very small. It can be difficult to get in if all other spaces are occupied. Overall, a great place to see Seattle.
