Our team is very responsive and would have promptly addressed each of these concerns if we had been given the opportunity at the time. That said, we have since reviewed the items mentioned. Minor adjustments have been made where needed, and damaged pool cues have been replaced. Regarding kitchen supplies, the home is stocked with standard cookware and essentials suitable for typical guest use. however, guests with more extensive cooking needs may find it helpful to bring additional specialty items. We take pride in maintaining the home and responding quickly to any issues, and we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can ensure the best possible experience.

We would like to dispute this review. This guest was flagged as high risk by VRBO, we decided to give her a chance after communicating with her. We had to admit we made a wrong decision. She began to make complaints that late evening for the cleanliness, and we immediately responded by sending our cleaners which she quickly refused but asked for compensation instead. The pictures were taken after she already checked in for half a day and they did not represent the cleanliness of our house.
