Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. This property is not pet friendly. Bringing a pet onto the property may result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction without a refund, and/or additional charges for any cleaning, damage, or other related expenses. No smoking - minimum $250 fine. Maximum 2 week (14 day) stays.

This was a great house! It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The location was good and in a nice neighborhood. There is some construction going on across the street and down the street, but it wasn't much of an issue. Good communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again.
