Discover this 3-bedroom gem in Louisville. This home-away-from-home house features a king bed, queen bed, and full bed, perfect for a tranquil getaway. There is a futon in the large laundry room and a cot in den closet when a couple of extra kids tag along. They will enjoy the foosball table in the den! The back patio is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. Better still, it's centrally located, just a quick drive to area attractions: 23 miles to Starkville Sportsplex, 25 miles to Mississippi State University, 16 miles to Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge, 10 miles to Lake Tiak-O’Khata Resort, and 40 miles to the Silver Star & Golden Moon Casino and Waterpark. There are some pecan trees in the yard (not very productive) that may be a concern for anyone with a severe nut allergy.
