Clean place, good location to travel around the city. Only a AC unit in bedroom which is nice but the living room gets warm fast. Provided the essentials we needed for a weekend stay.

The property was easily accessible, clean and close to many locations that were on our itinerary. As others have stated it does only have an ac unit in the bedroom however the fan in the living room was sufficient. Will definitely book this property again if im in the area.

Plumbers were pounding the entire time we were here working on pipes. AC only on the bedroom. Hard to cool entire apartment in the hot Tampa heat. Still good value for money.

It was a great stay despite a busy street. It was very quiet after dark. The apartment was as stated and very comfortable. As far as the value, we saved an awful lot of money staying here versus looking for a hotel room that we’re going for 300to 400 per night. Great communication, easy check-in and easy check out would definitely stay again if the need arises.

This is advertised as being in Midtown area. Far from that it's a apartment above some shops below. Yes 25 stairs you need to climb. A/C is only a small window unit. No A/C throughout. No light outside door. No welcome basket. Two small towels to use for 2 days. Not comfortable at all. The bed we sank down into it. And the cars going by could hear them. Very busy road side light coming into the bedroom widow. Left our pillows and said would send them at our cost. Wouldn't recommend this place to no one. Only nice thing the place was very clean.

For future guests, Midtown Tampa refers to the area’s location and is the actual name of the neighborhood it is located in; the apartment’s position above commercial shops, stair access, and window A/C setup are disclosed in the listing before booking. A welcome basket and complimentary shipping of belongings left behind are not included amenities, regardless of reservation length. We offered to return your pillows at your expense, which we believe is a reasonable arrangement. We are concerned that this review is retaliatory in connection with our declining to cover shipping costs. Nevertheless, we take the feedback about lighting, towels, and comfort seriously and will review those items.

We had a nice stay but there are some things that definitely need fixing in this apartment. Only two burners on the stove worked. The toaster is broken and the shower took 10 minutes to heat up every time.

There is only air conditioning in the bedroom with a wall unit and an industrial fan on the floor in the living room. A window in the bathroom but no screen or curtains. Might get kind of hot in the deep summer, so if you are sensitive be mindful of this. Otherwise a really quaint and adorable little place! Super private and quiet. There is a unit across the way but the walls don’t touch so that’s cool. Bed is comfy. Wish there was a tv in the bedroom!

The rooms were clean, the king size bed was comfortable, it is pet friendly, had wood floors,and there were plenty of shops within a mile in several directions. It is a second story unit with 15 or 16 steps. When we arrived, the lock box with the key in it malfunctioned. I contacted the owner and he responded immediately to bring us a key. He also responded promptly to messaging. Make sure you look at the information the owner sends and the picture of where the apartment is. It was fine for what we needed; 1 mile to the doctor's office.
