About this property

The Superstition Lakes resort is a private gated complex in an area that has everything you’ll want nearby. Our home is a 1300 sq. ft. beautifully finished second floor condo on the ninth hole of the Superstition Springs golf course.

We have a very private balcony where you can enjoy coffees in the morning watching the golfers and wildlife or, enjoy the evening with a glass of wine and a backdrop of spectacular sunsets.

There are two master bedroom suites both with king sized beds, walk-in closets and well equipped private bathrooms. Each bedroom also has a 50 inch LED TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line Samsung appliances, Kitchen Aid pots and pans and everything you’ll need to cook breakfast, lunch or dinners.

We have a dinette table set with 4 chairs as well as a dining room table that seats 6 if you decide to make your meals a bit more formal.

We have furnished and decorated our condo in hopes that our guests will feel well taken care of. We have provided the premium cable package with Netflix and unlimited long distance calling within North America.

The complex has wonderful walking paths along the lakes with beautiful flowers, shrubs and palm trees. There are also many restaurants, stores and shops within easy walking distance of the resort. If you enjoy movies, there is a 25 screen theatre a short distance away and for shoppers, the Superstition Springs Mall is a only a 5 minute drive or a short 15 to 20 minute walk if you want the excersize.

The complex has a hot tub and heated swimming pool for your enjoyment within a few steps of our condo.

So whether you’re a golfer, a shopper, a baseball fan or you just want to get away from the cold, come on down to sunny Arizona where the people are friendly and the weather is always sunny.

Very nice condo.

Condo is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have a garage. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the private patio. Overall, it was very nice and we had a great stay!

Superstition Property .

Because of temperature setting in 2nd shower. Shower never really got hot. Some remotes did not have working batteries in TV remotes. Home owners were great in answering questions and letting us stay half hour past our check out time.

Good stay but some issues

Enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable and in a good location. The garage was nice to have. Any issues we had were quickly taken care of by the local manager. We did not like the proximity to the water treatment plant. There was many days where the stink was very noticeable. There is lots of traffic noise as well. Over all it was a good place to stay

About the host

Michelle and Bill currently live in British Columbia, Canada. We are an empty nester couple that loves to travel and spend our vacation times in the warmer climates. We love to visit Arizona and stay in our Condo when it's not being rented.

Why they chose this property

We have vacationed in the US for quite a few years and had never been to Arizona until 2012. The first time we stayed in Mesa we fell in love with the area. The Superstition Lakes resort was the perfect location for us. The area is beautiful, the people are friendly and we are less than a 1/2 hour to Phoenix or Scottsdale. There is so much to do in the area and we hope to spend most of our winters here eventually however, since we're both working we decided to let others enjoy our property until we can retire. Our condo features free long distance calls within North America and the premium cable package with Netflix.

What makes this property unique

There is something to do for everyone of all ages! Our property is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants where you can shop, dine or just relax. If you enjoy golf there are dozens of golf courses within a few minutes drive. If you want to play just one course then we are right on the 9th fairway of the Superstition Springs course with a short walk to the clubhouse. There are plenty of walking paths in and around the lakes. There is a large movie theatre just down the road with 25 movies playing. If you're visiting in Feb/March, there is the Cactus League with 11 Major League Baseball teams that choose the area for spring training only a short drive from Superstition Springs.
