Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house with 2 full bath in Franklin. This marvelous property has been recently renovated.
Enjoy the beautiful view of the pond, Kayak, peddling boat and fire pit.
There is a beautiful green field a 5 minute walk from the house, Dacey disc golf, DelCarte Playground, and Conservation land, and so many more trails near by to explore.
Our home in the triangle of three towns: Medway, Norfolk and Franklin.
The property is 8.5 miles to Gillette Stadium and 9 miles to Wrentham Outlet Mall.

Beautiful home right on the pond! Lots of fish and great deck! Kitchen was well stocked beautiful and practical dinner ware, appliances, and kitchen tools. We had a great stay!

This was a perfect property for our family of 6. We have 3 teenagers and an eleven year old. Engine was comfortable and really enjoyed the living space as well as the outdoor space.

The cottage is as described. It's cozy, clean and has all you need. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, fishing on the pond and watching the ducks. Ann is an excellent host, one of the best we've dealt with. She was very easy to contact and answered our questions quickly. She checked in to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything.We would definitely reccomend this cottage to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Beautiful upscale cabin in the woods vibe…. It’s not a cabin or rustic but the surrounding area gives that vibe. The house was very well appointed, with beautifully redone Kitchen and bathrooms . We were very happy with the look and feel of the home and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Ann the owner was also kind and accommodating. I would absolutely stay again.
