This charming farmhouse invites guests to relax and unwind in a tremendous setting. Experience the magic of Bowie at our superb farmhouse. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Relax in this peaceful 2-bedroom, 2-bath country home surrounded by wide-open fields and scenic rural views. Enjoy comfortable living spaces, private bedrooms, and the quiet charm of the countryside—perfect for a restful getaway while still within easy driving distance of local attractions.

Escape the city and enjoy the sights and sounds of country life. You might see chickens scratching near the fence, miniature cows grazing, and a goat running around with our Great Pyrenees. During certain months of the year, you may observe tractors in the fields cutting and bailing hay.

Inside, you’ll find all the modern comforts you need — Wi-Fi, central air, washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen — paired with the simplicity of rural living. Step outside to enjoy a sunrise coffee or grill on the back patio.

You’ll have full access to the home, patio, and the fully fenced in yard space. Please do not enter the fields or feed the dog, goat or cows. Feel free to snap photos or just relax watching the animals graze.

The host may be on the property to tend to animals. The host will provide detailed information upon request.

The Host lives near Country Home in the Fields. Contact information will be provided after booking.

There is currently a structure/storage building located next to the home. We ask that you do not enter this building. Do not smoke in the home.

The home was exactly as depicted in the listing and made for a great stay. I especially enjoyed spending the evenings relaxing on both the front and back porches. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

This house was perfect for our family weekend. It is two master suites with a central kitchen/ dining/ living room area. The water was so soft, it was like staying at a spa. We loved the quiet surroundings and peaceful feel of the property.

Easy to find and access, this was a charming stay for a quiet weekend. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch and watching the goats and cows graze. Just wish we knew the dog’s name because he was a lovely, frequent visitor!

Property is exactly as described and host is quick to respond. One of my favorite parts of the stay was watching the morning "chicken run" while sipping coffee on the back porch. The rooster would wake them all up and then herd them through the gate and up the property's drive to scavenge for breakfast. I also got to see a bunny rabbit, goats, cows, and a beautiful large white dog. Very enjoyable stay!

This was the perfect home for me to stay at during my week in Bowie, it is a short drive from Bowie to this home. I was traveling alone so I only used the master bedroom and bath, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedroom is large and beautiful with a fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed for my stay, the exterior was beautiful and I enjoyed watching the livestock, and sitting outside in the evening, it is a wonderful place to de-stress and unwind! The host was easy to communicate with, everything from booking to the end of my stay was extremely easy, and I definitely will be staying there next time I am in Bowie.
