The space
Step into a bright, spacious 3BHK home designed for comfort, work, and relaxation. The apartment gives you plenty of room to settle in, whether you’re staying for a few days or longer.

You’ll have two air conditioned bedrooms with queen beds and fresh linen, plus an extra single bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. There’s also a dedicated study that works well for remote work or quiet reading.

The living and dining area feels open and inviting, with a comfy sofa set and a rocking chair where you can unwind after a busy day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, RO water purifier, refrigerator, electric kettle, OTG oven, and all the basic cookware you need to make simple meals. You’ll find two clean bathrooms too, one attached and one common, both with geysers for hot water.

For longer stays, you’ll have an iron box, hair dryer, and washing machine. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a peaceful building with only a few homes, so it stays quiet and private. Street parking is available right outside.

This is a brand new, well maintained, lived in home. It’s not a hotel, but a comfortable space for guests who value room to breathe, functionality, and a homely vibe.

There’s power backup to keep essentials running during outages. Lights, fans, and Wi Fi will continue to work, while high power appliances such as ACs and geysers won’t. Outages don’t happen often, but the backup gives peace of mind.

The home sleeps 5 adults and 2 kids comfortably on the beds. If needed, up to 2 additional adults can be accommodated on floor mattresses.

Books, reading material, and kids’ board games are available on request.

A Sony PlayStation 5 with a Deluxe Subscription is available to rent for 2000 rupees per day.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the living and dining area, bedrooms, study room, bathrooms, and kitchen. You’ll also have access to the common staircase and the open terrace, perfect for catching some fresh air or evening breeze.
