The apartment was completely renovated in January 2016 in all rooms and offers three rooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has two bathrooms, one of them is en suite. Towels and bed linen are of course provided to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You will have everything you need for a great experience.
The apartment also has a small balcony, from where you can enjoy the view.
There is central air conditioning with heat pump in all areas, including the bedrooms. You also won’t have to worry about any roaming costs, as we offer a portable WIFI device with battery. You will be able to carry it with you all around Barcelona. That internet connection is completely free for our guests and it doesn’t have any limitation of the amount of data used. Up to 10 devices can be connected .
If needed we can offer upon request a cot, a baby bathtub and a toilet seat reducer for children.

You can enjoy the club museum with all the trophies, the official FC Barcelona store and a great atmosphere on match days. The closest Metro station (Collblanc) and bus stops are just in front of the building. The metro will easily take you to Barcelona ́s downtown in 15 minutes . There are many bus lines to the city centre and beaches as well: lines 15, 54, D- 20.

RULES
The following rules might sound harsh, but experience sadly shows that sometimes the understanding of common sense or respectful interaction with each other can be quite different. That seems to make it necessary to set the record straight in order to guard against any misunderstandings.
Before arranging the check-in time, it will be necessary to send a copy of a personal identity card of all the guests of the booking. It will be a previous condition to star the staying.
Be respectful and careful with everything in the apartment and the house.
We reserve the right to charge the deposit if there is any sort of disturbance in the house community or if something is broken during the stay.
Smoking in the whole flat is not permitted.
Parties are not allowed in the house.

Please respect the neighbors. Loud music is not allowed after 22:00.
When you arrive home late, please try not to make noise in the building and public areas.

If you violate any of these subjects, you may be expelled immediately and you will lose the complete security deposit.

Only those people mentioned in the reservation are allowed to remain in the flat.
The space will be adjusted depending on the number of guests; Some rooms can be blocked just depending on the numbers of guests of the booking.
It Is very important to organize as accurately as possible the time of arrival.
In the bathroom suite, there is a device called Sanitrit (a machine that pushes the water when you flush the toilet). It is strictly forbidden to throw pads, swabs, wipes or anything else into the toilet! The customer will be responsible for the repair if it breaks during his stay. We will withdraw the amount of the repair cost from the security deposit.

We have to charge 50 Euros for each lost house or room key.

For every extra hour in the house from the time of departure on the page will be a charge of 10 € for every extra hour requested.
For every extra hour, having the check-ing before 3 pm, 6 euros each hours will be charged to the guest.
For the safety of our guest we have installed a camera recorder in the main entrance ( only it´s pointing in the entrance door). If for some reason that camera would have any technical problem, the host would have the right to come in and fix it, just sending a message announcing the necessity to come in to fix it.
In the check-out day, the guests have to drop the rubbish they have done during the stay to the street, to the rubbish been. If that´s not done by the guest, and extra charge of 20 euros will be charged to the guest.

If an extra guest is staying in the flat, and it´s not communicated and allowed beforehand by the owner, and extra payment of 100 euros a day will be charge to the guest.
