I chose this neighborhood because it’s a peaceful, well-kept area across from a beautiful park on a quiet street, yet still close to the highway and downtown Wilmington. The property sits on higher ground with a spacious front porch to enjoy park and city views. Neighbors take pride in their homes and yards, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle, with restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance for added convenience, but far enough to keep things quiet and relaxed.

Well cared for! As the owner, I personally look after the property and live locally, so I’m always available to assist or answer questions. I love how this home brings people together. Harmony Estate Family House has a warm, comfortable feel that makes guests instantly feel at home.
