The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels, sheets and pillowcases in rolling hampers located in the 1st floor bedroom closets. Remove trash from inside the home and place in the correct bins next to the driveway.
Please lock front door with key code, you may need to pull door toward you for deadbolt to engage. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run prior to departure, packets are under the sink.
Please turn off coffee maker, television and all lights in the property prior to leaving. Don't forget to sign out of smart tv!
