Nice large apartment with plenty of room for our group to spread out. The neighborhood is very nice and relatively quiet; but still only a 10 minute walk to the other side of the river.

Great stay in Prati

This incredibly large apartment in a neighborhood only 20 minutes walk from the Vatican was a great place for me and my family - 7 in all. Parts of this apartment is absolutely stunning and worthy of your consideration. Marzia was very responsive to questions and she was extremely helpful in organizing our transportation to and from the apartment - also quite generous when situation changed for us frequently. There are great restaurants in the immediate area but the place also has a well equipped kitchen. There are multiple sitting areas to discuss the day or plans for the next. We can’t recommend this place enough.

In need of TLC

This spacious, once-elegant apartment needs some attention to warrant the price. Kitchen faucet and DW need attention, floors have loose tiles and floor boards, heat in primary BR off (though supplemental heater supplied), lamps missing bulbs and other lights burned out, and the beds need new, non-lumpy pillows. On the plus side, storage is excellent, location good in a quiet residential neighborhood near a major shopping district. A visit from the manager would have been helpful to explain some of the appliances. In all, a disappointing experience.

Family holiday

This was quite a costly apartment, nicely located, unfortunately we didn’t get much time in social space due to the air conditioning only in the bedrooms . This made the social space quite un- useable for a period of time .. even a fan would have helped . The bathrooms especially needed attention , black mould and cracked and loose tiles .. floor tiles lifting . No ironing board . Overall not worth the money , we could have got hotel rooms in a lovely hotel for the cost

Large, luxurious flat

Our family of six had so much room in this apartment. We had bathrooms, bedrooms, multiple living rooms and backyard. But what’s most important is the location. We were a 15 min walk from Vatican City, a block from the river, 15 min to Spanish Steps, making our time in Rome both and adventure and a family holiday (with great accommodations to come home to). Working with the team that manages this property was easy. They made suggestions for a great guide, Chiara, who hands down made our trip in Rome that much more interesting. They also reached out early and often to offer help or suggestions with planning our trip. This is a fabulous place. You’re lucky if you can get it!!!

This is a lovely apartment in a great neighborhood.

The apartment is very attractive, lots of space, very convenient for exploring Rome. The manager has 30 apartments we were told which has strengths and weaknesses in the overall maintenance of the apartment. There has been an internal complication with the return of our security deposit, but we are assured it will be worked out. As mentioned by other guests, the electricity is problematic. The good news was that there were very responsive managers to help over come the issues, but it took us a couple of days to figure out. There is a wonderful kitchen and dining room, which was helpful to us with three generations looking to spend our days out and dinners at the apartment. We would suggest a slightly better appointed kitchen...dishtowels, baking pans, glassware, coffee maker, etc. Bathrooms are numerous, though showers are hard to operate without flooding...For a week's stay it would be nice to have more than a single towel per person especially as there is a washer but no dryer in the apartment. The size, location and overall appointment of the apartment, combined with the responsiveness of the manager's team makes for a very nice stay.

This was a lovely, spacious, well appointed apartment.

At our request, we were provided a professional driver from the airport and were met at the apartment by a friendly and very helpful woman named Sabrina, who gave us a tour of the two floors and the garden, and gave us some helpful recommendations for local grocery, restaurants and coffee shops. We really felt like we were staying in a nice neighborhood of Rome rather than in a hotel full of tourists. Everything was clean and well cared for Highly recommended!
