Perfect location

We loved our stay . Perfect location for us at the quiet end of Waikiki. Woke up to view of Diamond Head and the chatter of monkeys just across the road at the zoo.

Aloha Richard, Thank you for staying with us at the Castle Waikiki Grand Hotel! We are sorry you did not get unit #611 which you had reserved. We had trouble with the split air conditioner and did not want to spoil your Hawaii vacation with an air conditioner that is operating at 50%. We upgraded you from the Ocean View Studio w/Kitchenette to Deluxe Ocean View w/Kitchenette and balcony. Unit #612 is bigger and nicer and also has a balcony (which #611 does not).
