Magnificent beachfront condo w/ pool & parking at Apollo Condominium

This beachfront getaway is a perfect spot to watch the dolphins. The condo is equipped with a king size bed, sofa bed, balcony, full kitchen & full bath that sleeps 4. The unit comes with the full comfort of free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV's & air-conditioning. Parking is $45 for the entire stay, beach access, a heated pool, hot tub, free gym & restaurant are all in the complex.

The condo was just remodeled with new tile throughout, new appliances, new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops and Island, Bathroom was remodeled with new walk in shower.

Storage unit outside the unit with coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart & more. I always start & stop my rentals on a Saturday.

With access to the beach, and the sunset restaurant downstairs you may never need to leave. If you do leave, the covered parking was very nice to keep your car cool. Easy drive to anywhere on Marco island.

Condo was as described. Came with a lot of amenities. Great view! Condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked (nothing major but needs a good dusting, found a cup under the bed, rug in living room did not look like it had been vacuumed) but not a dealbreaker.

This APOLLO beachfront condo was perfect in every way. Up to date, well maintained, and all the beach supplies you could possibly need. We experienced beautiful sunsets from our balcony as well as an early morning full moon casting light over the gulf. I highly recommend staying here! Dave was great to work with and so very accommodating in every way. I will be back!!!

Sliding door was really hard to get open And the place had a weird smell to it. Very weird smell but very noticeable mattress was old too. Very concaved. Like swallowed you up. Beautiful view though!

Have had nothing but 5 star reviews. These renters had trouble with TV, internet, sliding door, and now mattress?? Said they smelled refrigerant, there is no smell in refrigerant??

The location of the condo was great. Beautiful ocean and sunset view. Watching the dolphins swim while drinking morning coffee was spectacular. Getting to the beach was very easy and all beach gear, towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc... we're supplied by the condo owner. I would stay at this condo if I get to Marco Island again!

Our stay was outstanding. The unit is beachfront with incredible sunset views. Furnishings are comfortable and all the beach supplies we needed were provided. The property is well maintained and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Dave was extremely helpful providing information on local dining and entertainment and made himself accessible for any needs. We definitely recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

One week in paradise

First of all, the location is great! The condo was modesty furnished but very comfortable. The bathroom could use some updates. I loved that all the beach stuff (chairs, umbrella)were provided. Every time I looked out the sliding door, saw a few dolphins swim by!! Shelling was great especially because two nights some storm came through and washed tons of shells ashore! And if anybody is into Thai and Japanese cuisine, must check out “Thai Sushi By KJ”, and it’s 3 minutes drive from the condo! Check in and out was quick and easy, the lobby was very clean. Gym is small but clean. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and most definitely will return!

Marco Island Condo

Beautiful spot - Great Communications with Owner and Property Management Company. Planning to return again later this year and probably every year after. The view is incredible - Woke up everyday to a direct view of beautiful beach.

ADDITIONAL CONDO INFO:

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the Apollo beachfront condominium. It is on the south end of the Island at 900 S. Collier Blvd. @ 3/4 south of the Marriott. Extra time is being spent cleaning the condo with disinfectant between renters. The unit is located directly on the beach and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is spectacular. You are directly on the beach and from the condo you have direct beach access. The condo has been updated with new granite counter tops and kitchen cabinets. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and lots more. The unit is equipped with two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The unit also has a DVD player. The condo is also comes with all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach caddy to wheel everything to beach, beach umbrella, and kids beach toys (buckets, rafts, noodles, boogie boards). Some added amenities include hair dryer and binoculars. The unit has a balcony with table and chairs and the sunsets are amazing. The Apollo condo complex has a huge pool, whirlpool, workout room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the Sunset Grille. The bar was voted best happy hour on Marco Island, Florida.

The APOLLO CONDO does have strong FREE Wireless Internet!!!
