Located in a beautiful yet quiet part of town, Seagulls is the ultimate seaside escape!

A light, bright and modern Lancelin beach cottage, perfect for couples or small families  Seagulls is decked out with everything guests need to make their getaway effortless.

Upon entry your instantly invited in by the nicely styled sofa, the perfect spot for reading a good book whilst being bathed in natural light from the expansive windows. In the centre of the home is the kitchen & breakfast bar, that overlooks the dining area. Leading you outside is lovely big backyard with bbq and plenty of space for a family game of cricket or football.

Seagulls interior is fresh, bright and coastal making you feel like your beachside!

For the creature comforts Seagulls has air conditioning making those hot Summer days more enjoyable.

Linen supplied. All you have to do is bring your own towels and relax.
Pets not permitted.
The price quoted allows 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guests attract additional charges - Please select the required number of additional guests  from the additional services list.
A cleaning fee applies.
Minimum 2 night stays are required. 3 night stays required for long weekends, 4 night stays for Easter, 5 night stays for Christmas & New Years. During off peak season 1 night stay maybe permitted with a service levy, please enquire.

It was very nice!!

It was a very clean and beautiful place, just like the photos. It was a great place to greet friends from Sydney. I was surprised that there were no towels, but I brought them from home. I also enjoyed the capsule coffee. Thank you!

Mostly ok but a personal touch would go a long way , a box of tissues , some milk, tea, and a little soap and towels would be great . Just a little more welcoming would be nice . In a good spot , quiet . We still enjoyed our time there .

Perfect family getaway

Seagulls was a perfect base for our family weekend trip Lancelin and Wedge. Kids had a great time, and it was so nice being able to bring our dog. We only stayed one night, so we would definitely like to come back for a longer stay in the future. Thank you.

Seagulls was perfect for us and our dog. We loved everything about it. It’s spacious, comfortable, well decorated, and the perfect beach cottage! We had some issues during check-in and had to stay at a different property (Sou’ Wester) our first night. The property was beautiful but not right for our dog and we had some confusion getting into Seagulls for the rest of our trip. If not for the confusion, we would definitely have rated everything 5 stars.
