About this property

Riverside Hideaway - For the Adventurous Side of You!

This home gives you the feeling of complete seclusion from the world around you, but it's only 2 miles from town! This location is surrounded by Mother Nature and everything she has to offer. The river is a stone's throw away and can be heard from the patio. The living room offers a wood fireplace for those cozy nights.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached half bath. A sliding door allows immediate access to the back patio and gives a comforting view of the gorgeous trees outside.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and plenty of closet space to unpack your belongings.

The second bathroom is located in the hallway and is a full-size bath. It has a sink, shower, toilet, and a stand-alone deep bathtub.

The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, dishes, pots, and pans. The layout is long and narrow but wide enough for more than one person to help cook those family feasts!

The couch pulls out to expand in to an additional sleeping area if your guests do wish to spread out. Television is streaming and WiFi is strong enough to Stream or Zoom.

We also have forced heat and forced A/C.

We are located on the river, but the terrain is rocky! We do not have a sandy beach to hang out on. This area is for rock-hopping nature lovers and river lovers!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place trash and recycling in the bear cage located in the carport. It is not locked! It is closed with a carabiner. If cans are not there, then they are out for trash pick up at the end of the road.
Place dirty towels next to washing machine. DO NOT start a load.
Do NOT strip the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unregistered guests and visitors are not allowed at any time. This policy includes children of all ages.
We do not provide refunds for the lack of or the failure of 3rd technology based products such as WIFI and Southern California Edison.
Refunds are not given due to park closures, road closures, or weather conditions.

Host was very communicative and welcoming. The pictures don't do this home justice. The kitchen is big, and there is a large breakfast nook. There are two decks that would be amazing for a barbeque in the summer. The property is out of view of other properties, making it feel secluded, surrounded by trees and mossy rocks. The river is in view from the large windows all around the house. What a beautiful property!
