THE SPACE:

Basement studio in a century home

3 exterior steps + 9 steps down to the basement

Low ceiling height in some areas (ideal for guests under 6ft)

As a basement apartment there is some noise transfer from the upstairs unit. We have taken additional sound proofing steps however it’s an old house with some creaks in the floor we could not get out.
