This cute vintage cottage is in the perfect location on Clam Lake. Just a short boat ride to Torch Lake. Bring your boat or rent a boat up here from the many marinas.
The cottage offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, comfortable living room, along with a small kitchen area & a dining area as well. There is a separate bunk house for sleeping. Enjoy the lakeside deck and fire pit. Located 1/2 between the quaint town of Alden & the hip town of Bellaire. Enjoy all the great restaurants, breweries, wineries, golf courses and the local shops. There is a window air conditioning unit in the main bedroom in the house, the living room in the house and one in the bunk house.. Cottage & Bunk house do not have heat. Parking is limited
