Studio is on a Second Floor building with a mediterranean modern elegant style. Quiet, fully furnished close to coffee shops & bars & short drive to supermarkets. 15 studios in total; just two of the units have private balcony

The check in process will take place by attaching / submitting your driver license, photo ID, or IFE, or INE, or passport through the Airbnb Chat. Not attaching could deny access to the premises.

NOTE: GUESTS RATED LOW IN REVIEWS MUST THEN LEAVE US$100 SECURITY DEPOSIT FEE AT OUR FRONT DESK.
