Pretty nice!

Overall a nice place in a great location! Corridors are a little creepy and the elevator is tiny but it’s a small hotel so not a problem! Did get woken up by a cleaner/staff banging on the door at 10am without requesting a wake up call but room was clean, modern and safe!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Türklinken hängen, Mülleimer öffnet nicht mehr beim drauf treten, Fön funktioniert nicht richtig, Wasserhahn verkalkt, eine Tasse wurde geklebt, Der Abfluss macht nachts Geräusche. Das Preis Leistungsverhältniss passt meiner Meinung garnicht!

Great apartment very close to Dom

We have 5 in our family, so hotels in Europe don't always have one room that will work for us. This apartment was close to the cathedral, but not so close to be in the busy tourist traffic. Nice place, clean, with what we needed but not extra fancy. When you're in Europe, at least we don't spend much time in the hotel, but it was great for our needs. They also provided extra fans for our use, without us even thinking to ask, during the extra hot weather.

Centralt beliggende hotel, tæt på Domkirken, Altestad mv. Roligt område. Værelset var fint og rent, badeværelset af ældre dato med rent. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Kommer gerne igen.

Das Badezimmer, roch wie ein Aschenbecher, die Toilette war nicht sauber, dort sah es aus, als sei Sand drin gewesen, total schmutzig. Die Bettbezüge waren weiß, doch die Kissenbezüge waren total vergilbt. Es gab eine Wasserflasche gratis, allerdings wurden die Gläser so lange nicht mehr benutzt, sodass sie mit kraft vom Tisch angehoben werden mussten. Personal war freundlich, alles entspannt.

Value for money. Don't expect a 5 star room if you pay for just a couple of stars. For us it was clean and we just use it one night to sleep (family with three kids) when visiting the nice Christmas markets, which are all on walking distance.

Great location!

Location of the appartment is great. The apartment is spacious so in that sense it's very comfortable. The pictures paint a much more modern and clean space then it really is. The furniture is very worn and the entire place can use a thorough clean and update. For the price we paid I think we got a fair deal. Location was perfect for our visit to the Christmas markets.

Das Hotel an sich war ok. Die Zimmer waren schön, bis auf das die heizung nicht ging. Unser 7 monate junges baby hatten wir dabei.Auf die anfrage wegen der Heizung wurde gesagt das sie sich drum kümmern und es bis heute abend läuft aber pustekuchen.Auf anfrage auf ein Beistelbett wurde reagiert wir bekammen eins aber ohne Matratze was wir leider erst abends erst sahen wir konnten nicht mehr reagieren da in der rezeption keiner mehr da war also habe ich noch spät abends ein anderes hotel aufgesucjt wegen der kälte und unseren baby konnten wir das zimmer nicht nutzen sorry leute aber da werde ich nicht mehr buchen

We couldn’t even get our room, they claimed we were in room 999, our access code didn’t work but another guest let us in, there wasn’t a room 999. We called over and over, the man who answered admitted they were overbooked, couldn’t put us in another room, and kept claiming he was contacting someone to come help us. We waited outside in the street for 4 hours with my three kids, no one showed up. We live about 5 hours away so we drove home, but we are out the money it took to get there, they haven’t refunded us, and we had to cancel our trip.
