Great property, hope to come back in the winter to ski. This property is across the road from the base area… walk over in ski boots no problem. We used this place to explore Cedar Breaks NM, and it was a 15 minute drive to the visitor center. There are a lot of steps up to this unit which was fine for us, but would be a problem if injured/disabled. The condo association should replace those steps they are pretty sketchy! But the unit was excellent

This is a lovely cozy little place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is it was advertised as ski in ski out and it is not. It is a long stair trip and across the street and parking lot. It is a very doable walk but not ski in. The place was clean comfy and wonderful for the price. Just wish we hadn't had expected something that wasn't there.

The hosts were wonderful—super communicative and clearly care about making sure guests have a great stay. The unit had everything we needed to cook our own meals, the beds were very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better—right across from Giant Steps, which was perfect for skiing and shopping.We stayed with our two kids (10 and 12) and it worked well for a short trip. One bathroom was totally fine for a couple of nights, though for a longer stay we’d probably book something with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.The unit is set back on the property, so there are several outdoor stairs to get up to it. During winter they can get slippery, so having good snow shoes or traction makes it much easier. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we appreciated how thoughtful and responsive the hosts were.
