Strategic location, just 9 km from Tunis-Carthage Airport, less than 3 km from the Hannibal Clinic and the La Soukra Clinic, 2 km from the Canadian Embassy and TLS Contact, and less than 1 km from the US Embassy.
Completely renovated apartment located on the first floor of an old building (no elevator).
It comprises a spacious living room with three bedrooms, two with single beds and the third with a double bed, as well as a shower room, a kitchen, and a large terrace.

* Not suitable for people sensitive to traffic noise, as it is located on a busy main road.
