2. No more then 6 overnight guests and no more then 12 daytime guests.
3 .No amplified music outside with-out obtaining a permit from the City of Rancho Mirage. No noise or music after 1000 pm.
4. No more then 3 guests vehicles and all must be parked in the driveway.
No guest vehicles can be parked on the sidewalk between 1000 pm and 0800 am
5. No RV's or campers permitted
6.. Owner is responsible for remitting 10% of rent to the City of Rancho Mirage
7.. Any fines issued by the City of Rancho Mirage for any above listed rules violations will be passed on the the Renters.
